“ I was able to schedule a transmission service and was expecting it to be a couple weeks out before I was able to get in, but they had me in within 2 days.I was very happy with that! Bret and his service team were professional and reasonably quick for the service too. Unfortunately, after the service, my car acted up due to a recalled part. I called and spoke to Bret right away and told him I was on my way back to get it checked out. He had a member of his team meet me in the bay as I pulled in. They checked out the code it was throwing to confirm it was a recalled part that needed replacing. This all happened on a Friday afternoon around 4:30, they had to keep my car since it wasn't drivable. Bret and his team member were very patient considering the time of day and reassured me they could get it done on Monday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed. Bret advised me he had 2 members of the service team test drive my car to make sure it wouldn't act up again once the part was replaced. I'm very happy with Bret and his team. They are a very busy group whether answering phones, helping walk in customers, or fixing cars. I hope others have the same experience that I did! ”
